A Poem For People Who Hate Poetry

poems are for people scared of their own intentions
they think they're so smart
like they've made a riddle
and nobody else can ever figure it out
how lame.
once i wrote a poem
about you
actually
i wrote quite a few poems about you
also lame.
the poet wastes his or her time
not telling the whole damn thingy
they only tell pictures
mirrored abstract pictures that are gay
totally fucking lame.
i'd write a story about this all
but i've forgotten how to do it good
well, i mean, i'll be fine
as long as I don't start writing poetry
that's for damn sure.
